Marketplace and seller verification data
For publisher and seller accounts we process account credentials, contact information, subscription/payment status, listings, moderation records, security logs and language preferences. For seller verification we process identity/business/contact/tax information and verification status. Identity and bank-account verification can be handled by Stripe Connect; card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by Yferam.
For marketplace orders we process buyer contact and shipping data, order items, payment identifiers, shipping/tracking data, withdrawal requests and customer-service records to perform the transaction, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Necessary data is shared with the relevant seller and payment provider.
Payments and payouts
Marketplace purchases are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by Yferam. Seller payouts use Stripe Connect when enabled.
AI assistant data
The AI assistant processes the text you submit and limited site context needed to answer. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, identity documents, health data or other sensitive information. Usage counters may be stored to enforce rate limits; chat text is not intentionally stored in the public-AI usage table. The configured AI provider may process prompts according to its own data-processing terms.
Cookies and optional services
We use necessary cookies for login, security and language. Optional services (for example push/marketing integrations) load only after consent.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the GDPR and your situation, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, plus the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some data must be retained where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal-retention rules require it.
