Exercise a withdrawal / cancellation right

For distance contracts with a trader, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right unless a legal exception applies. The seller remains responsible for the statutory consumer information and performance of the sales contract.

Exceptions can apply, for example to certain personalised, perishable or unsealed goods. Whether a statutory withdrawal right exists depends on the seller status, product and circumstances. This form records and forwards your declaration; it does not create a right where the law does not provide one.
