Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms govern purchases and sales made through the Yferam marketplace. The sale contract is generally between the buyer and the identified seller. Yferam provides the marketplace interface, technical services and payment routing unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Before ordering, buyers should review the seller identity, trader/private status, total price, shipping information, product-safety information and any applicable withdrawal information. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Never send card details directly to a seller or through chat.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and safety of their listings, fulfillment, statutory consumer information, taxes and invoices where applicable, recalls and post-sale obligations. Prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or unlawfully regulated products are not allowed. Yferam may suspend or remove listings or seller access for legal, safety, payment-provider or policy reasons.

Search and recommendation results can be ranked using engagement, recency, availability, quality signals and clearly identified featured/paid placement. Details are available on the ranking information page.

Marketplace purchases are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by Yferam. Seller payouts use Stripe Connect when enabled.

For distance contracts with a trader, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right unless a legal exception applies. The seller remains responsible for the statutory consumer information and performance of the sales contract.

Use the reporting form for allegedly illegal content, unsafe products or policy violations. Sellers can use the appeal process for moderation decisions.
