Card data is processed only by Stripe; we never see or store it.

🚚 Shipping

Sellers ship themselves. Delivery countries: DE,AT,NL,BE,FR,LU (unless stated otherwise on the product page). Shipping costs and dispatch time are shown on every product page and in the cart before you order.

• Several products from the same seller: usually only one shipping fee (combined shipping).
• Many sellers ship free from a certain order value — shown in the cart.
• Digital products: instant download after payment, no shipping costs.
• You get an email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Purchases from professional sellers: 14-day right of withdrawal. Problems with an order: “My orders → Problem / return”. Withdrawal / cancellation
