Seller Verification & Marketplace Policy
Verification
A seller who acts as a trader must provide accurate identity and contact details, payment-account/KYC information through the configured verification provider, and trade-register details where applicable. The seller must self-certify that only products or services compliant with applicable EU law are offered. Yferam may re-check information when it changes or when a risk signal appears.
Trader sellers must provide identity/contact details, payment-account/verification information, trade-register information where applicable, and a self-certification of legal compliance before offering products.
Prohibited/restricted products
Sellers may not list illegal goods, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, weapons, controlled drugs, unsafe products, recalled products or items prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider rules. Regulated categories may require additional evidence or may be disabled entirely.
GPSR
Online product offers must include product identification, manufacturer contact details, relevant warnings, and—when the manufacturer is outside the EU—the EU responsible person details where required.
DAC7
Where DAC7 applies, the platform may need to collect, verify and report seller identification and financial information to tax authorities. Sellers must keep tax information accurate.
For trader sellers, legally required trader information is shown on product/seller pages.
Trader information required for consumers is displayed on seller and product pages. Sellers must keep it current. Private sellers must not falsely present themselves as traders or use the private-seller status to evade consumer law.
Complaints & appeals
Moderation or verification decisions may be appealed using the complaints page. Repeated or serious violations can lead to product removal, account suspension or termination.
