Online product offers must include product identification, manufacturer contact details, relevant warnings, and—when the manufacturer is outside the EU—the EU responsible person details where required.

• Product identification and a picture/type identifier where relevant.
• Manufacturer name plus postal and electronic contact details.
• Where required for non-EU manufacturers, the EU responsible person and contact details.
• Warnings and safety information required for safe use.

If you believe a product is unsafe, recalled, illegal or incorrectly labelled, do not purchase or use it. Use the reporting form and include the product URL and a precise reason. For urgent physical danger, contact the competent public authority or emergency services.
